This information is collected in order to provide us with your preferred contact information so that we can inform you of ongoing or future studies. By filling out this information, our staff can provide you with information about different research areas, discuss if a clinical study may be an option for you and answer any questions you may have. Our staff may also contact you when a study has closed or when a new study will be opening. If you need to change any information you have provided, please contact our team via email (info@bwresearch.ca) and we will update your information. You are able to opt out of all communications at any time, please see section on “Process for Withdrawing Consent”.

Security

Your personal information collected via form submission will only be accessible to authorized staff members at Bluewater Clinical Research Group (e.g., Research Facilitators and Coordinators) and will not be shared with or sold to any third-party service providers. Personal information collected via form submission is protected with two-step verification in addition to a dual layer of password protection.

Bwresearch.ca is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology that secures the connection between your browser and the website you’re visiting.
